Registration

• To register please click the button below that says "Submit Payment" - this takes you to the payment portal.
• Please enter the amount you wish to pay. (*If you are unable to afford the student price please contact Ernest Solar directly at solar@msmary.edu)
• Complete the form of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • Please enter the email address for the participant in the "Special Instructions" box on the payment screen.
• A separate email will be sent to you in early March with directions to access the virtual symposium.  

Registration is currently closed.

Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $60 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email to Ernest Solar at solar@msmary.edu. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact Ernest Solar at solar@msmary.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date.

In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
