The ASPIRE Office (Assessment, Strategic Planning and Institutional Research and Effectiveness) provides information, research, training and analysis to the Mount community for use in assessment, strategic planning and continuous improvement across the university. We also are responsible for official reporting to federal, state and accrediting agencies.
Our primary goal is to provide high-quality, consistent information to many areas of the Mount in support of (in order of priority):
Thus, information requests that are received by the ASPIRE Office are prioritized by these criteria so that the most essential tasks are initiated first. The source of the request also will influence the prioritization; requests from the upper administration will generally be given higher priority, all else being equal. The ASPIRE Office will make every reasonable effort to fulfill requests that fall under the categories above in a timely manner. However, the ASPIRE Office cannot commit to fulfilling requests that fall outside of those categories. Please allow at least four (4) business days for completion of a request and longer for large projects.
