Adjunct Instructors in Psychology

Mount St. Mary’s University is seeking adjunct professors to teach in the Department of Psychology. We are currently seeking qualified instructors to teach in the following programs:


We are seeking someone with a doctoral degree (or ABD), experience and expertise in undergraduate psychology topics, and a strong interest in effective pedagogy. The successful candidate will have demonstrated past teaching skills and the ability to teach psychological sciences to students with a broad range of skills. We prefer in-person teaching with the option to teach online/hybrid for future classes. Target courses: Foundations of Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, Sports Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, and other electives that fit with the expertise of the instructor.
