Student Non-Work Study - Information Technology Service Center (ITSC)

Job Description

Assist Mount community with the use of technology, answer phones/create call tickets, trouble-shoot Workday, software and hardware problems, assist with basic software installation, virus removal, deploy and set up A/V equipment for use in classrooms and campus events, and other duties as assigned. Hours are flexible to students schedules.

Special Skills

The appointed individual will:

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Have an understanding of good customer service.
  • Computer skills.
  • Have an understanding of basic audio/visual equipment.
  • Be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Job Requirements

  • Monday-Friday with a schedule of 20 hours per week/weekends.
  • Maryland Minimum Wage: $11.75/per hour.
