How can I request a content update?

Employees may submit requests for routine content updates through the marketing and communications request form.

How can I request a new page or pages?

Please complete the marketing and communications request form and someone from Web Services will follow up with you to learn more about the project. Depending on the scope of the project, it may be requested that a member of your department or office be responsible for content updates after the page(s) are published.

What's the process for larger projects, either new pages or significant revisions?

Web Services will work with you through the following process:

  • Submission - Submit a request through our marketing and communications request form with the general scope of your request. Initial content may be provided during this time but is not required.
  • Planning Phase - A member of the Web Services team will work with you to create a clear timeline based on your project goals.
  • Content Preparation - Please prepare your first draft and send to your point of contact on the Web Services team.
  • Review - The Web Services team will provide a draft for edits. Once edits are made the Web Services team will provide another draft for review. This process will continue until the project is approved.
  • Publishing - Once approved, the project will be published.
  • Onboarding - If required, a member of the Web Services team will schedule an onboarding session so a member of the department or office requesting the project can be trained on how to make content updates and submit workflows for approval. This person must be approved by someone at a minimum of department chair or director level.

How can I request access to become a content editor?

Please submit a request for an onboarding by emailing webmaster@msmary.edu and a member of the Web Services team will contact you to schedule an onboarding.
